CGC Guarantee

If, within 30 days following the receipt of your club, you are not 100% satisfied, you as original buyer -with proof of purchase and RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see below)- may return it to Caldwell Golf Co. and receive a 100% refund of the purchase price, less a 7% restocking charge and the initial shipping charges, provided the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.

• Hitting anything other than a golf ball - on the face of the club - can and will be considered abuse, and will VOID THIS GUARANTEE.

• THIS GUARANTEE SHALL BE NULL & VOID IF ANY REPAIRS TO THE SHAFT OR HEAD ARE PERFORMED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN A TRAINED AND QUALIFIED CGC REPAIRMAN.

• THE CONSUMER IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY GOLF CLUB INCLUDING CALDWELL GOLF CLUB(S). CGC is not liable for the improper use of our merchandise and equipment, please exercise caution and use all necessary safety measures.
